Overview
As a brand, there's two things you need to do to run campaigns on 1stCollab:
Tasks are items that you'll need to do once creators are in contract (or right before they are about to be given a contract).
You can access Tasks through the left nav. The notification bubble next to Tasks shows you how many Tasks you'll have to complete.
Most importantly, Tasks must be done on time. An overview of all tasks along with expected due dates are available in this article.
Lifecycle of a Partnership
To help contextualize how all Tasks fit together, we'll provide an overview of what happens with how a partnership gets completed from start to finish.
Note: This example represents the most extensive partnership type where the campaign has been configured to include all the possible steps in a partnership. Most partnerships will not include all these steps.
Creator Activation. You'll first find a creator, activate them into a creator set, and map the creator set to the campaign.
Outreach and Negotiation. Nothing you need to do here. We'll take care of these steps.
Contract Review. When we want to sign on more expensive creators, we'll first send you the contract to review before submitting the offer to the creator.
Product Access. Once a creator goes into agreement, you'll need to provide them access to your product so they can try it out.
Codes & Links. Provide a tracking / referral link and promo codes to creators so you can track their effectiveness at driving traffic, signups, conversions, and other lower funnel actions.
Content Review. Creators will submit concepts and video drafts for you to review and provide feedback.
Live Verification & Creator Ratings. Once creators go live, you'll be able to verify that everything looks good and give feedback on the partnership.
Usage Rights. If you've acquired usage rights from a creator, you'll be able to access their media files and ad codes in the Content Library so that you can use these for ads, post them on your website, or boost the content.
