Overview
Once a campaign is launched you can check up on campaign progress in the Creator Progress under Campaigns. From there you'll see a view like the one below:
Sample Creator Progress page
At the very top you'll be able to switch between creator progress views from different campaigns. From there you'll see funnel metrics for the campaign and then a view that shows the progress for each individual creator.
Stages and Definitions
Activated. Total number of creators that have been activated into the campaign. Specifically this means all the unique creators that have been activated into the creator sets that have been mapped to ad groups in the campaign. To activate more creators into the campaign, either activate more creators into creator sets mapped to the campaign or map more creator sets into ad groups for the campaign.
Contacted. The number of creators we've emailed. There are a few reasons why activated creators might not be contacted:
Unable to Contact. We couldn't find an email address for these creators.
Too Expensive. We've recently gotten prices for these creators and we know they are significantly over our recommended prices.
Calendar Full. We've recently contacted the creator and they've let us know they are busy. We'll reach back out to them at a later time.
Responded. Creators who have responded to our emails. Note that responses are not strictly positive (e.g. creators letting us know they aren't interested in the campaign).
Submitted Bids. Creators who have submitted a bid for the campaign. Creators at this stage will either go into contract or be marked as "Too Expensive".
Signed Contracts. Creators who are in contract and have started the content production process.
Completed Contracts. Creators who completed their agreement.
Metrics
Metrics show how the campaign funnel and how many creators reach each stage of the campaign process. Each tile shows how many creators have reached each stage. Clicking on any tile will filter the Creator List below to just the creators that contribute to the count.
Tiles with dollar values at the bottom also show the total value of contracts for creators represented in the tile.
Cumulative Activities
The top row of metrics shows funnel metrics for the entire history of the campaign.
At the very top, you can segment creators based off of when they are activated. This is particularly useful for doing cohort analysis for the campaign (e.g. "I want to understand how all the creators I activated in January are performing").
Recent Activities
The second row of metrics shows creators with recently activity in the campaign (and defaults the activity from the last week). So for example, if there is a "10" underneath the "Submitted Bids" tile in Recent Activities, it means that 10 creators have submitted bids in the last week. Clicking on the tile will show the 10 creators who have submitted bids.
At the top is a filter that'll let you customize the dates for recent activities and allow you specify any time window for viewing activities. Using this filter, for example, will allow you to view information such as, "Show me all creators who submitted a bid for my campaign in January".
Actions
On the creator progress page, you'll see certain terminal states in red which have an action button. These actions allow you continue progress with creators that might otherwise be blocked.
Override Price
When creators decline all counteroffers or a brand has declined the creator in Contract Review, you'll be able to renegotiate with the creator / override previous offers in this view. The easiest way to see this is segmenting your campaigns to just creators who have "Submitted Bids" and scroll down to see all the creators who were rejected for being too expensive.
Pressing "Override Price" on any of these creators will bring up a view like the one below:
Sample creator price override view
In the above, you'll be able to see the negotiation history with each Package a creator has offered. To submit a new offer to the creator:
First select a package you'd want to renegotiate.
Provide a new maximum offer. Note that by default, we select a price that's at the midpoint between the creator's most recent offer and our most recent offer.
Hit "Set Max Offer" to submit the offer to the creator.
Best Practices
We want to be respectful of both your time and the creator's time when trying to find a price to move the partnership forward. As a result, when overriding creator offers, we ask that:
You pick a max offer that's at least 10% higher than the previously submitted counteroffer.
You do not renegotiate with a creator more than once a week.
Edit Email
When we're not able to contact a creator either because we couldn't find an email for the creator or the email address we have for the creator bounced, you'll see that you can "Edit Email" associated with the creator. Providing us a new email will result in us attempting to contact the creator again with the new email address you provided.
