Overview
Once creators go live, brands will be asked to double-check that the live content looks good and to provide a rating on the partnership.
Here's what the Live Verification Task will look like:
Sample Live Verification Task
From the task, you'll be able to review the prior stages of the agreement (including the video draft that was approved) and access a link that'll take you to the live content. If the agreement includes usage rights, you'll also be able to verify the media file provided as well as ad codes (if applicable). From there you can either:
Confirm Live. This means everything looks good. Once every deliverable in a contract has been confirmed, we'll immediately initiate payment to the creator.
Report Issue. You'll then able able to write a message about what you'd like to get changed. This message will be sent directly to the creator.
After confirming the live content, you'll be asked to provide a rating for the partnership. We strongly recommend you provide a rating, as these ratings impact whether we decide to do a repeat deal with the creator. The Creator Rating Task will look like the following:

Once you've provided a rating for the creator, you'll be able to view the rating in you Contracts View.
Best Practices
Make sure to verify that referral links and tagging look good once creators post. This is the most common mistake creators make once they go live and unfortunately these steps cannot be completely verified until after the creator has posted.
Don't rate a creator based on engagement. We already will use engagement metrics from the creator to evaluate the partnership, especially once the content has been live for a sufficient amount of time to accumulate meaningful amounts of engagement. Instead, rate the creator on effort and how easy they were to work with.
Rate creators as quickly as possible. The most accurate ratings happen while the partnership is still fresh in your memory. Ideally rate creators right after verifying their live content.
