Overview
Existing Partners or "Off-Platform Creators" are a set of partners that your brand is already working with. We'll avoid reaching out to these creators even if you accidentally activate these creators into a campaign. You can review your Off-Platform Creators here.
Importing Existing Partners onto 1stCollab
We recommend that you importing your existing partners right when you start onboarding onto 1stCollab.
If you're already working with creators and don't want them to be outreached to as part of 1stCollab campaigns, you can add them to a list of Off-Platform Creators. We won't outreach to any creators on this list, even if you later activate the creator.
To import existing partners:
Head to the Existing Partners tab under Creators.
Press the "Import Existing Partners" button in the upper right to begin the import flow.
If you have a long list of existing partners we can import those for you as well. Please provide us a CSV in the format specified in this article (under "Bulk Uploading Creators").
Adding from Discovery Surfaces
When you're on a Discovery surface (such as Search or Recommendations), you'll see one of the available actions is "Existing Partner". This will mark the creator as an existing partner and move them to your Off-Platform Creators list.
