If you're running your influencer campaign through Claude alongside your 1stCollab team, here are three things you'll use again and again: Projects, Skills, and Tasks. Once these click, everything else you do in Claude for your campaign will feel familiar.
Think of it like setting up a new workspace for your campaign. You need a place to keep everything (a Project), a few shortcuts for the things you'll ask for often (Skills), and a way to keep track of what's due and when (Tasks).
1. Projects: your campaign's home base
A Project is a dedicated space in Claude just for your campaign. Instead of starting from scratch every time you open a new chat, you keep your brief, your notes, and any key decisions inside the Project. Claude reads that context automatically, so you're not re-explaining your campaign goals, target creators, or brand voice every single time.
Once it's set up, you'll open this same Project every time you want to work on this campaign.
2. Skills: your shortcuts
A Skill is a ready-made request you can trigger by name, so you get the same great result every time without having to explain what you want. Think of it as a shortcut button.
3. Tasks: staying on track
Tasks help you keep tabs on your campaign without having to remember to check in yourself. There are two ways to use them:
In the moment: ask Claude to track a to-do while you're working together, like following up on a specific creator or reviewing a piece of content.
On a schedule: ask Claude to check in automatically, like every Monday morning, so you get a fresh campaign summary without having to ask for it each time.
Putting it all together
Here's what a typical week might look like. You open your campaign's Project, so Claude already knows your brief and goals. You ask for a campaign summary, and in seconds you see your budget, your creator statuses, and a content calendar for the month. Noticing one creator's deliverable is coming up soon, you ask Claude to remind you two days before it's due. You also set up a standing Monday morning summary so you never have to ask for it manually again. That's Projects, Skills, and Tasks working together, and it's how most of your week-to-week campaign management will run.
Getting started
Create a Project for your campaign and give it a clear name (e.g., your campaign's name)
Prompt the MCP to pull your campaign's creative brief and campaign details to the Project so Claude has context going forward.
Ask for a campaign summary to see where things stand right now.
Set up a standing check-in, like a weekly summary, so you always have a current view without asking each time.
