What is the creator roster?
The Creator Roster is your home for picking which creators to work with on a campaign.
It's the newer creator-selection experience that replaces our old "Negotiations" page. Think of it as: "here are creators worth partnering with, here's who I've already sent offers to, and here's my signed lineup."
Applied Tab
Who are my Recommended Creators?
This is our short-list of strong-fit applicants (and sourced prospects), ranked by relevance and sized to your budget.
You review it, remove anyone you don't want (the list auto-refills from the next best creators), and hit send to make offers to the rest.
View All Applicants:
Beyond the shortlist you can open the full applicant list for a campaign and accept or reject any of them, with an optional reason (e.g. content relevance, too expensive, audience location).
Two Ways to Approve a Creator:
1stCollab Auto-Pilot (Negotiate for Me): 1stCollab sends the offer and automatically counters within your budget until they sign or decline)
Manual Negotiation (Negotiate Myself): you see the pricing and send/counter your own offer, taking manual control of that creator
Negotiating Tab
Your Negotiations
Lists out all creators that you have manually sent offers to and will need to send counter-offers to.
1stCollab is Negotiating
Lists out all creators that were sent offers to that 1stCollab will negotiate with on your behalf.
Once creators are through the Negotiations phase and sign their contract, they'll move into the Joined Tab.
Joined Tab
Gives you a consolidated view of the creators in production for your campaign and creators that have gone live.
You can also view the usage rights requests and the creators' partnership pages from this tab.
Understanding Pricing:
Each creator has a price range rather than an exact number since the final price will be negotiated, so the range will tell you what tier the creator will cost you all-in.
Each creator has an asking price they've stated and an estimated market rate that we model from their audience/views.
Our estimated market rate has been proven to save brands up to 70% off creators' asking prices for campaigns, by both filtering out over-priced creators and negotiating down creator rates.
The range you see indicates that the creator's price will likely land somewhere in the specified range. Our opening offer starts at the lower of the two so you begin at an economical number rather than their ceiling. Where a creator falls depends on their ask price vs. their estimated market rate, plus our fee on top- and your budget bar (which is also all-in cost) is what keeps your total spend in check.
Pricing on Auto-Pilot
On autopilot, if the creator doesn't accept, the system raises the offer over time, but never above their asking price.
The range = your all-in cost with a cap of the max amount of the range
The band reflects total brand cost (creator fee + our fee), not just the creator's fee.
We'll start with the lower amount, either the asking price or their estimated market price, and do one round of counteroffers with the creator. We will never go above the max amount shown in the range.
Pricing on Manual Negotiations
If you're negotiating manually, you can see the offer amount you've sent and the creator's counteroffer. Clicking Respond will let you send another offer to the creator.
How the 1stCollab Auto-Pilot Process Works:
Start with your Shortlist: We review new applications and shortlist the creators we think are the strongest fit.
Remove anyone you don't want: Your shortlist is editable. Remove any creators who aren't right for your campaign.
Add anyone we missed: Browse the full applicant list and add other creators to your shortlist.
Send offers when you're ready: We'll handle pricing and negotiations from there. Track progress in Negotiating, and creators who sign will move to Joined.
