Overview

The Results tab in your campaign dashboard gives you a comprehensive view of your campaign's performance metrics. From here, you can track how your content is performing, monitor creator content, and export the data.

To access your campaign metrics: Navigate to the Results tab and filter by campaign name.

What's Included in Your Metrics

Your Results tab shows key performance data across all content associated with your campaign, including the following and their breakdowns:

  • Views: Total video or post views accumulated to date

  • Likes: Total likes on content pieces

  • Comments: Total comments received

  • CPM: Cost per 1,000 views

  • CPC: Cost per click

Metrics are aggregated at both the individual content level and across the campaign as a whole, so you can evaluate both specific posts and your overall campaign health.

Exporting Your Metrics

You can download your campaign metrics at any time as a spreadsheet from the top right 'Download Metrics' button. Each export reflects the snapshot for the date you have selected.

We recommend saving snapshots periodically (e.g., weekly) if you want to track performance trends over time, since the comparison between 2 exported snapshots is how you measure activity within a given period.

Understanding Date Snapshots

Dates represent snapshots, not live date filters

The dates you select in the Results tab do not filter the content shown based on when it went live. Instead, each date represents a snapshot- the cumulative state of all your data (views, likes, comments, saves, etc.) up to that moment.

Why snapshots are useful

Snapshots are powerful because they let you measure what happened between two points in time. By comparing two snapshots, you can calculate performance over any custom time window.

Example: Want to know how many views an Instagram video received in the last 7 days?

  1. Download a snapshot for today (e.g., June 15)

  2. Download a snapshot from 7 days ago (e.g., June 8)

  3. Subtract the June 8 view count from the June 15 view count

  4. The difference = views earned in the last 7 days

Filtering by content live date

If you want to limit your analysis to content that went live within a specific date window, the best approach is to:

  1. Download the latest snapshot (which includes all content)

  2. Open it in Google Sheets

  3. Apply a filter on the live date column to narrow to your desired date range

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Data

  • Download snapshots regularly. Capturing weekly snapshots lets you build a performance timeline over the course of your campaign.

  • Compare snapshots to measure momentum. Use the subtraction method to understand which periods drove the most engagement.

  • Filter in-spreadsheet for live date windows. Download the latest snapshot and apply your own filters in Google Sheets or Excel for precise control.

  • Look at content-level data. Your export breaks down metrics per post, making it easy to identify your top-performing pieces and creators.
