Occasionally for high volume campaigns our 1stCollab user account might get flagged for spam. If you're a Google Workspace administrator, you might get a message like the one below.
This happens because we send out a high volume of cold outreach messages to creators, so our emails are occasionally flagged as spam. The issue is rare and doesn't have any long term consequences on either the email account or the overall domain.
If this happens, we need to get the account reactivated immediately in order to continue corresponding with creators for the campaign.
